Drafting the Agreement: Based on our initial meeting, we'll draft a customized agreement tailored to your situation, so that all your needs and concerns are addressed clearly in writing.
Second Meeting: After the draft is prepared, we’ll meet again to go over the agreement together. If any changes or adjustments are needed, we’ll make them on the spot to ensure the document is perfect.
Finalized Copy of the Agreement: Once everything is finalized, you’ll receive a complete, polished copy of the agreement for your records, ready to be used when needed.
The flat fee covers the services listed above but does not include negotiating with the other party's lawyer. Additionally, while we strive to create agreements that meet your needs, we cannot guarantee that the other party will sign the agreement.
